Purpose and scope
Mission Control is an internal operations app provided by Minhwa Spirits to authorized staff and administrators. By accessing or using the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable workplace policies. If you have questions or cannot comply, contact an administrator before using it.
These terms apply to this app. They do not create an employment agreement, change compensation or employment rights, or replace a separate written agreement with Minhwa Spirits. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Accounts and access
Access must be approved by an administrator and is limited to your assigned role, team, and location. Use your own approved account. Do not share credentials, use another person's account, or attempt to obtain privileges you have not been assigned.
Keep your account information accurate, protect devices used to access the app, sign out on shared devices, and promptly report suspected compromise. Where Google sign-in is enabled, your Google account remains subject to Google's terms and your organization's account policies. A company email address alone does not authorize access to Mission Control.
Acceptable use and confidentiality
Use the app only for authorized business purposes. Do not bypass security controls, access records outside your responsibilities, interfere with service availability, upload malicious content, falsify records, or use the app for unlawful activity.
Protect employee, guest, financial, and other confidential business information. Share or export it only with authorized recipients for an approved purpose. These obligations do not prevent legally protected disclosures or reporting to authorities.
Information you enter
Enter accurate, relevant information and correct mistakes promptly. Only upload material you are authorized to use. Do not include unnecessary personal information, payment-card credentials, passwords, or sensitive health details in notes or files.
By submitting information, you authorize Minhwa Spirits to store, process, display, and share it with authorized users and service providers as needed to operate the app and support legitimate business activities. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated personal intellectual property. Business records and audit history may remain after your access ends.
Reports, estimates, and decisions
Reports depend on source data, imports, configuration, and the timeliness of updates. Some figures are estimates or may be incomplete. Check the date range, source, and any data-quality notices before relying on a result.
Verify material decisions against appropriate source records and business procedures. The app does not replace professional accounting, legal, safety, or employment advice. Music-library entries, links, and playlist exports do not provide music ownership rights or public-performance licenses.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep the app useful and available, but access and data freshness may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, provider changes, or security incidents. The app is provided as available; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes protections required by applicable law.
Connected services and external websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. An integration or link does not grant rights to third-party data, content, or services beyond the permissions already provided.
Access changes and termination
Administrators may change roles, suspend accounts, or revoke access when responsibilities change, employment or authorization ends, or security and business needs require it. Do not continue accessing the app after authorization is withdrawn.
Operational records may be retained after access ends as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact an administrator about account recovery, corrections, or access concerns.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through appropriate business communications or the app. Questions about a change should be raised with Minhwa Spirits.
